PRIVACY & TRANSPARENCY
PRIVACY POLICY

Your wallet is public.
Your trust matters.

A clear explanation of what our prototype handles, what we do not collect, and where third-party processing may occur.

Last updated: October 11, 2026 · Early-stage prototype

No private keys

We never ask for seed phrases, private keys or wallet signatures.

Read-only analysis

The analyzer reads public blockchain data and cannot move funds.

Transparent data flows

We distinguish fictional demo data from optional live provider processing.

Prototype privacy notice

This page reflects the known product implementation, but infrastructure logging, retention periods and jurisdiction-specific compliance have not been fully verified. It should be reviewed before a broad public or commercial launch.

01 / Overview

Vcoinlab is an early-stage, read-only Ethereum wallet intelligence prototype. This notice explains the information involved in using the website and analyzer, including how our current demo differs from potential live integrations.

02 / Information you provide

The analyzer accepts public Ethereum wallet addresses and transaction identifiers. Public blockchain data is not necessarily anonymous: addresses may be linked to people or organizations through external information. We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, wallet passwords or transaction signatures. If you email us, we receive the email address and message content you choose to send.

03 / Demo mode

The currently deployed prototype uses fictional wallet fixtures and prewritten transaction explanations by default. Demo analysis does not require sending wallet information to Alchemy or Anthropic. The demo is not a live blockchain lookup and does not generate Claude responses.

04 / Live integrations and AI

The codebase includes an optional live mode. If activated, the backend sends submitted wallet addresses and transaction hashes to an Ethereum infrastructure provider (Alchemy) to retrieve on-chain evidence. For explanation requests, relevant transaction evidence can be sent to Anthropic for AI processing. Live mode is not the default public experience. Provider processing, storage and retention are governed by their applicable terms and policies.

05 / How information is used

Information is processed to return wallet activity, display transaction context, generate requested explanations where enabled, respond to emails and maintain the service. We do not require wallet connection or transaction signing. We do not claim that public wallet addresses are confidential.

06 / Storage, logs and retention

The analyzer implementation does not include a dedicated database that stores wallet searches or generated explanations. That does not mean requests leave no trace: hosting, security, infrastructure and email providers may process technical metadata and retain logs under their own settings. Specific production log retention periods, analytics configuration and deletion processes have not yet been independently audited or finalized.

07 / Service providers and disclosures

Website hosting is provided through Vercel. When live mode is enabled, Alchemy and Anthropic may process information necessary to fulfill requests. Namecheap Private Email hosts the official contact mailbox. We do not intentionally sell submitted wallet addresses as a data product. We may need to disclose information where required by applicable law.

08 / Security and limitations

The analyzer is designed to be read-only and does not request custody of digital assets. We use server-side integrations for provider credentials, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, passwords or other secrets through the analyzer or by email.

09 / Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a wallet address and can use the illustrative demo instead. You may contact us to ask about personal information you have sent directly, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise privacy questions. Public blockchain records generally cannot be changed or removed by Vcoinlab. Legal rights depend on applicable jurisdiction and the information involved.

10 / International processing

Hosting, blockchain infrastructure, AI services and email providers may process information in different countries. Applicable protections depend on the providers and jurisdictions involved. We will update this notice as production data flows and legal requirements are confirmed.

11 / Changes to this notice

We may revise this notice as the service changes, including when live analysis, analytics or additional processors are introduced. Material changes should be reflected here before or when the relevant feature is launched.
