Terms for using the Vcoinlab website and experimental analyzer. Effective October 11, 2026.
Please read these terms before using Vcoinlab. They describe the current early-stage experience; they will require review and operator details before a full public commercial launch.
1. About this service
Vcoinlab is an early-stage, experimental website and wallet intelligence prototype. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued without notice. The service is provided for informational and demonstration purposes.
2. Demo data and AI output
The default demo uses fictional wallet addresses, simulated balances and transactions, and prewritten explanations. Demo content is not blockchain evidence and is not generated by Claude. If live features become available, AI-generated explanations may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading and should be independently verified.
3. No financial or security advice
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or security advice. Vcoinlab does not certify that a wallet, token, contract, or transaction is safe. You are responsible for your own decisions and independent verification.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, misuse API endpoints, or submit private keys, seed phrases or other secrets. Only provide public wallet information you are authorized to analyze.
5. Third-party services and links
The site may link to third-party blockchain explorers or use external infrastructure providers when live mode is enabled. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or content.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Vcoinlab name, website design, text and original product materials are associated with this project. Public blockchain data and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights.
7. Availability and warranties
The prototype is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project does not accept responsibility for losses arising from reliance on prototype outputs, service interruptions, or third-party systems. This provision does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the product evolves. The current version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes may be subject to the revised terms, where permitted by law.
